Auberge de Guerledan
Caurel
28/08/2026: Visited here a number of times over the past 6 years, food is always well cooked and tasty, staff are very friendly and service is excellent.
23/08/2026: We arrived by chance for our stopover on the way back from vacation, and we were delighted that we were able to extend our holiday for a few hours in a timeless setting with impeccable service. We should also mention the cuisine, with its simple menu (a delicious gratin dauphinois) and excellent value for money. A chic couple indeed! 😉

Le Beau Rivage

17/09/2026: Very good restaurant, beautiful view.
Very welcoming.
However, it's been impossible to go there ever since; it's always fully booked, even a week in advance—unthinkable!
17/09/2026: Excellent meal!
The service was also on par with the food.
I highly recommend this restaurant and thank Teddy and his team for their kindness and good cheer.

Restaurant L'Embarcadere
Caurel
07/09/2026: A lovely walk with lots of interesting explanations. We only did the walk on the lake.
02/09/2026: We had a great time celebrating our birthday. The meal was very good and I appreciated being offered an alternative to the desserts originally listed on the menu.

Le Relais du Lac
Caurel
29/09/2026: Warm welcome, good meal, quality and quantity.
22/09/2026: In fact, the day we came was the 6th and their show "Nightmare in the Kitchen" was on!! We quickly understood why, we wish these restaurateurs the best of luck in taking the advice they received and bouncing back because they deserve it.
