First visit... first tasting. The galettes were excellent; we appreciated the crispiness. The filling was beautifully chosen with carefully selected ingredients and spices. The crêpes were a delightful surprise with their rosemary flavor and... I won't reveal everything... I highly recommend you go! Oh, and I almost forgot the welcome... a lovely encounter with the two very professional young people and their smiles, so welcome these days. Thank you! I give it a 100% thumbs up!

A truly wonderful experience, delicious, beautifully presented, and generous portions. The setting and decor were impeccable. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. We will definitely return; thank you for this lovely time.

Stunningly beautiful area. Arrived at the Les Vedettes at 1:25pm hoping to grab a quick bite to eat, only to be told the kitchen was already closed. Unless I’m mistaken, the kitchen is meant to close at 2pm on a Tuesday... It would have been nice if a little flexibility had been shown and we’d been allowed to order a simple meal. We’ve had a lovely trip around France and have experienced the famous French hospitality everywhere else — unfortunately this was the first place where we didn’t feel very welcome. We will return but eat locally elsewhere.

09/07/2026: A warm and personalized welcome. Traditional cuisine showcased beautifully. Quantity and quality are both excellent. You can go there with your eyes closed.
07/07/2026: Edit: We returned 8 months later, and were very disappointed. Prices have gone up and the quality has clearly gone down. It's a shame, it was better before... Original post: Friendly atmosphere, impeccable service, very reasonable prices, parking right next door, and delicious food (almost gourmet in quality). Restaurants like this are what we'd like to see more often!

11/07/2026: Thank you for the wonderful evening we spent with you in this superb setting. The restaurant is calm, warm, and welcoming; we felt right at home with its breathtaking view of the lake. We started with two excellent cocktails, creations of the very talented bartender. The cuisine lives up to this magnificent location: refined, sophisticated, creative, and perfectly seasoned. The service is impeccable, with a team that puts you at ease, taking the time to chat with customers and share a laugh. A great atmosphere pervades this beautiful place. The chef is very pleasant and approachable; he takes the time to talk with his customers and listen to their feedback, as does his fantastic team, of whom he is very proud. In short, you tick all the boxes we look for to have a great time: a talented team, dishes that are out of the ordinary, excellent advice on choosing drinks to accompany the food, and this wonderful atmosphere where you can feel the team's synergy. Having tried quite a few restaurants, I highly recommend this one without hesitation. Stay just as you are, and I'll see you very soon.
08/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! Refined and delicious cuisine in a pleasant setting, excellent service, and reasonable prices. We will definitely return on our next visit to Caurel.
