06/03/2026: After hearing about it for so long, I finally took the plunge and honestly, I was really surprised. The dishes are a blend of gourmet and local cuisine, the ingredients are locally sourced, and the staff is incredibly attentive! I highly recommend it.

Marie Josée, her husband, Capucine, Julie, and the entire staff were full of thoughtful touches, from breakfasts by the fireside to delicious gourmet meals and wonderful encounters, "a moment of gentleness and happiness."
