08/02/2024: Première et dernière expérience. Les lieux sont sales: sol qui colle, couverts et verres déjà disposés sur les tables et présentent de traces..le cuisinier ne porte pas de gants pour faire nos burgers et frites.
Accueil qui laisse à désirer... une gérante ou responsable... qui fait porter le chapeau à son salarié (gentillement mais qd même...c'est sa boutique.)
Vraiment déçue

Original burger at the top, fries a delight. You need to have a good appetite because the sandwich is substantial. Young girl with a very pleasant welcome. However a small suggestion that the cook wear a mask.

03/03/2024: We read the reviews before coming to your place which had a good reputation. However, your responses to bad reviews are neither precise nor sufficient. Replying happy birthday or thank you for your visit is totally inappropriate when there are suspicions of spoiled tuna, a very very serious thing, or bad invoicing. Not responding accurately to photos of the very dirty back kitchen is bad for your reputation.
We wanted to come...we will go elsewhere this time
Be clearer and more precise in your answers
When we are clean we respond without embarrassment 😉

21/01/2024: My experience at the VIP Bar was rather mixed. The space is noticeably limited, the toilets are not always up to expectations in terms of cleanliness, and the quality of the music leaves something to be desired.
However, I have to point out one positive point: the drink prices are really affordable.
It's a place where you can enjoy an evening without breaking the bank. If you're looking for a budget option and don't care too much about space or musical ambiance, the VIP Bar might be a suitable choice."

12/11/2023: Delicious cocktails with alcohol, too bad they are served in such small quantities! The foie gras is not very tasty, the fish bathed in its sauce is not very appealing even if in the end it is quite good. The desserts are not great (half-cooked chocolate without originality worthy of a supermarket, the restructured rice pudding is tasteless, it is difficult to recognize its taste.)
I will end with a positive note for their duck breast dish accompanied by its small vegetables, advice to fans, it is succulent and worth the detour.
03/11/2023: Refined and gourmet cuisine. I loved it, the chef is unusual, I love the cozy atmosphere, a place where you can chat at the table discreetly without hubbub.
And the prices are reasonable given the quality found on the plates. A place where I would be very happy to return.

04/04/2024: An essential address if you want to eat and/or discover Indian cuisine in Périgueux. The cuisine is very good and generous, the service very pleasant, and all for a very attractive price. For example, for 3 people, an aperitif each, a starter, three main courses and two desserts, with a little wine, all 80€. Nothing to say, a treat!
30/03/2024: Excellent! First visit, and certainly not the last. The dishes are copious and refined. Cardamom tea is divine. And to top it all off, the service is impeccable.

08/03/2024: Dirt or sand in the fries which are inedible, an 8th grade hot dog which doesn't look at all like the photo (small piece of stale bread, small sausage and very little sauce), burnt cheddar in the New Yorker which gives a burnt taste making it difficult to finish the burger. All this for 45th. After a long week of work and enthusiastic anticipation of this moment, it was a cold shower.... freezing! We were very disappointed. We were regular and satisfied customers but will not order from this restaurant again. It is a shame to tarnish the name of a brand which had real value and a real reputation.

Welcoming and simple bosses. Very reasonable prices. All this in the charm of old Périgueux.

Very affordable price for a complete meal and choice of local wines at low prices to discover.
