17/07/2026: We ate at Auberge Monnet and thoroughly enjoyed our meal! For starters, the small fish and a plate of olive oil and fresh tomato sorbet were delicious and very original. The trout carpaccio, served with delicious seasonal tomatoes, was incredibly fresh. The pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender and perfectly cooked. To finish, the profiteroles with Valrhona chocolate and their homemade craquelin topping were simply excellent. All the dishes were very well prepared, with high-quality ingredients and plenty of flavor. The service was quick, efficient, and very pleasant. An excellent restaurant that we highly recommend. 08/07/2026: We were customers of the previous owner. We were always delighted, but this time! Extremely disappointed: the frogs' legs were tasteless and had no sauce. The green salad was watery. There was absolutely no decor, etc... in short, nothing special. The only two positive points were the friendliness of the young waitress and the fantastic location.

21/05/2026: We had a wonderful evening. The setting was exceptional, and our dinner was accompanied by birdsong and the croaking of frogs. The dishes were varied and delicious. There were several of us, and we were all delighted. Thank you to the staff and the kitchen.
