We ate at Auberge Monnet and thoroughly enjoyed our meal!
For starters, the small fish and a plate of olive oil and fresh tomato sorbet were delicious and very original. The trout carpaccio, served with delicious seasonal tomatoes, was incredibly fresh. The pulled pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender and perfectly cooked.
To finish, the profiteroles with Valrhona chocolate and their homemade craquelin topping were simply excellent.
All the dishes were very well prepared, with high-quality ingredients and plenty of flavor. The service was quick, efficient, and very pleasant.
An excellent restaurant that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
