14/09/2024: Came here with friends. The portion of paella was very generous. The seafood was very fresh and sweet. The Sangria wine I ordered was the best I have ever tasted. It’s a great restaurant. They also gave us chili oil to enhance the flavor. The waiters were also very friendly. It was OK. Speaks fluent English, five-star rating!

A very “professional” service
15/09/2024: To begin we would like to talk about human beings, because yes this restaurant is above all centered on meeting, sharing and love. Generous cuisine, grandmother's recipes (cod accras) as well as various platters to enjoy with others (or alone). No, we were won over by the kindness of the staff who take the time for you (so rare in these streets crowded with tourists).

20/09/2024: Food is of very high quality, lovingly prepared, aesthetically pleasing with enough fusion (samosa in a Japanese restaurant!) to keep it interesting. The aubergine may be the best ever. The proprietoress came out of the kitchen and engaged in a fun discussion with us. A gem in Nice.
12/09/2024: Been here a couple of times and loved every single dish. The service is friendly, well informed and passionate. The food is great and the sake selection matches the quality of everything.
Highly recommend heading to maido.

02/06/2024: endroit super, la musique est génial également, mais alors la raison pour laquelle je ne retournerai jamais dans cet endroit, c’est le videur.
En sortant, voulant fumer, une cigarette, il nous a mis un coup de pression, donc je suis allé simplement lui poser la question du pourquoi du comment, et il m’a directement agressé verbalement.
Je trouve ça inadmissible de m’être un videur comme celui-ci, pour que vous puissiez le reconnaître, c’était le samedi 2 juin vers 1h du matin. Cette personne est censée assurer la sécurité de tout le monde et là c’est directement lui qui provoque les embrouilles. Je suis vraiment déçue car j’adore ce bar mais pour que j’y revienne il faut absolument changer de videur. En plus en regardant les avis je vois que je ne suis pas la seule à me plaindre, il faut donc prendre une décision immédiate.

15/10/2024: The portions are generous but the pan bagnat is a total failure. Too wet without oil, blanched onion, no taste. For a real Nice girl it’s just saddening. Sad to pay almost €7 for a product that downgrades local gastronomy in a historic district. To be sick afterwards too

06/08/2024: This place is one of the rare places in Nice that you can find KIND service. The owners are very nice. The crepes I had were tasty. The place overlooks one of the most central areas in Nice which is Plaza Garibaldi.
I will go back!

10/09/2024: A FUIR !! 😵 si vous aimez être pris de haut, ignorer, voir envoyer bouler par des rakaï qui vous regardent mal et ça à tout les postes bar et service , 20 minutes pour re commander un verre
Beaucoup trop occupé à bavarder avec les copains du coins… toilette innommables 🤢
et se trompent même dans les commandes bien fait pour vous vous m’avez facturé un cocktail moins cher que celui commandé de base … ca remboursera, le rhum, pratiquement inexistant dans mon cocktail
04/09/2024: To avoid... even in my cellar, I don't have a canteen glass. When you pay €5.50 for a glass of rosé, you expect something other than wine in a box.
Unfriendly and unsmiling waiter.
I will come back to Nice but certainly not here.
