06/09/2026: It was hot and there was no wine at all.
30/08/2026: After exploring the beautiful streets of Narbonne for a few hours, I was hungry and tired and needed to just get off my feet for a while.
The team at Le Macar welcomed me and made my feel taken care of.
All I had was a couple of tapas and a beer, but it it was fantastic!

The sangria is excellent.
07/09/2026: A nice setting, a friendly waiter... The "food" is outright robbery: 6 small razor clams cooked "just like that"; a large, very average tapas platter consisting of buttered bread with Lyon sausage; a portion of gazpacho that was just about okay (homemade??? Not sure); unremarkable crema catalana; 2 glasses of acidic wine. Total: €65.
