14/05/2026: A very bad experience. For €107, you expect a minimum level of quality and service. The fries were clearly undercooked, pale, and inedible. The pork seemed undercooked and was served haphazardly on the plate, without any care. Furthermore, I found shrimp antennae in my dish, even though I had ordered meat with fries—the hygiene and preparation issues are very concerning.
The service was also subpar: no aperitif was offered, little attention was paid, and the dishes were practically thrown onto the table. We felt rushed rather than welcomed.

01/09/2024: We went to the effort of booking a table at this restaurant knowing from the reviews that it would be busy. When we turned up they initially ignored us. When I said we had a reservation they checked and couldn’t find it. I showed them my confirmation email but got no apology. Just told there was no room and to leave. Much friendlier staff in all the other lovely restaurants we visited.

La qualité est au rendez-vous, je recommande vivement.

24/11/2024: Nous avions décidé de nous arrêter boire un verre et de fil en aiguille, la gentillesse et l'humour de Pierre et son équipe nous ont décidé à y manger. Le DJ passait de la musique tout en permettant aux gens de discuter. Nous avons, ma femme et moi passé une soirée très agréable dans une ambiance décontractée et amicale.
Nous avons mangé des tapas et je dois dire que les portions étaient généreuses.
Si vous passez par Limoux pour un séjour ou juste pour une halte, je vous conseille le Vin te deux.
Nous savons où nous arrêter la prochaine fois que nous serons dans le coin.
