A very good time was had, and we would gladly return.

21/03/2026: The hotel is very well located in the heart of Nîmes city center, just steps from must-see monuments like the Maison Carrée, the Roman Arena, and the pedestrian streets. The room is very spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff is lovely and attentive, the restaurant is very nice, and the breakfast is very generous. If we ever return to Nîmes, we'll definitely stay here again!

01/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant during a short trip with friends in the area, and it was a wonderful surprise—a truly fantastic find!
We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal (children and adults alike). Everything is undeniably fresh and homemade, the waitress and chef are lovely, and the place is charming and cozy. Our final words upon leaving: "It's a shame we don't live nearby so we can come back!"

Since the change of ownership, the Swiss bar in Algiers is a mere shadow of its former self… gone is the legendary mint tea, gone are the charcuterie and cheese platters…
It's become just another bar; the unique features that made it special have vanished!
