08/05/2024: A very authentic restaurant, with a very varied menu, and prices which remain reasonable (5-9€) per tapas and two tapas are more than enough with a dessert which is very substantial 😎
The service is great 👍🏼
02/05/2024: A delight, go for it! Best address tested during our stays in the south. Frank and so comforting tastes. Each bite is a delight for the taste buds and awakens a guilty pleasure.

03/04/2024: We came here for lunch and ordered the beef burger and chicken breast with white sauce - both were very good. Service was friendly and price reasonable. Ended with a chocolate lava cake with ice cream.
02/04/2024: Lunch while visiting Nîmes, we had the dish of the day, poultry ballottines, we enjoyed ourselves. Very nice waiter, we had a good time.

07/05/2024: Eccentric and design hotel. My room was so big it practically felt like a studio apartment. Structure with soundproofing problems but it is still worth it, given the excellent location and the particularity of the interior furnishings. The staff on duty during the 24 hours of my stay did not shine for kindness, but the structure deserves it regardless.
06/05/2024: Very attentive service! Excellent location in the heart of the city. On the other hand, not a big fan of the room's decor, and a small bottle of water or a kettle would not have been amiss :-)

Four of us ate there, at the counter, with a direct view of the kitchen and all four of us were captivated by all the talent displayed in the kitchen of La Pie qui Couette.
Of course, with talent rhymes quality products.
It’s an incredible opportunity to have such a restaurant in Les Halles de Nîmes.
19/02/2024: My parents live in Nîmes and regularly eat there, so they took me and I was not disappointed!! Small restaurant in the middle of the halls, we are seated high up facing the teams and especially facing the kitchen where we can see what they are preparing! The dishes are excellent and worth their price. Small downside for the seasonal dessert which was clementine, it was served to us frozen in the middle 😅😅 but otherwise nothing to complain about either in terms of service or cuisine!

12/11/2023: There were 8 of us there and without booking, we were very well received. The tapas are excellent as are the Mojitos.
The prices are more than reasonable.
I recommend 😉

Cooking with family, service between acquaintances and if you don't know, it comes quickly 🙂
20/01/2024: Excellent traditional cuisine except the zucchini. At the service POULETTE very gracious, PINOCHE at the counter very efficient and finally BRANDADE always so pleasant, kind to the customers. A unique place in Nîmes not to be missed. WELL DONE! WELL DONE!! Keep going, it’s a real pleasure to come.
