28/03/2026: I was surprised by the praise for the food, which I found quite average. The razor clams tasted good but were poorly cleaned; I got sand in my teeth, which was extremely unpleasant. The octopus salad was very strange; I can't quite describe the problem, but let's just say it was as much the texture (soft, but not in a good way) as the bland taste... perhaps the ingredients were just quite old (though I didn't get indigestion). The staff were friendly, and the cocktail was good, but I won't be back and I don't recommend it.

On the plate, you'll find home-style cooking with a little something extra—the chef's talent! All this at a reasonable price. In short, a fantastic place that's definitely worth discovering.

03/02/2026: 🆑A nice evening, I think I already left a review, oh yes, last year in 2025. See the charcuterie platter. So this time, we tried these two dishes from the menu, very good, and great that the fries weren't overly salty 👌🏼 Always an excellent selection of draft beers, including Guinness (even the IPA) and cider, which is always available. They organize themed evenings regularly and the atmosphere is excellent, as is the staff!!

19/04/2026: Amazing nights at Oliver Pub! 🔥 The atmosphere is always fantastic, the concerts are top-notch, and the real connection with the artists makes all the difference. We always have a great time, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Honestly, thank goodness this pub exists in Montpellier so we can still enjoy great live music like this. Places like this are becoming rare, and it's clearly a pillar of the local scene. We really need to support it so it can continue for a long time! 🎶🎵🎸🎼👍👍👍❤️‍🔥

06/09/2025: We got two takeaway pizzas and they were delicious 😋. The pizzas are generous and topped with lots of ingredients, the dough is excellent, and the price is really affordable. I highly recommend them if you're ever in the area.

15/02/2026: It was valentine's day, it was supposed to be great. In the end it was just good but nowhere near great. The food was ok, but the services were extremely slooooow. I had to go back and forth two times to get them to come and take our order. Anyway the third time worked like a charm and we were finally able to make our order. Then our food arrived half an hour later. Tbh I was so hungry by then that I would have been able to eat anything. We had a planche mixte which we were told would have some truflle ham but again it was not there. Nevertheless, the wine was great and we were able have a good time!

29/03/2026: Having recently moved to the area, we were looking for somewhere to eat after a movie on Saturday night. The town center was deserted and rather dreary. We discovered this wine bar where we received a warm welcome. We enjoyed a delicious meal in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you!

That evening, we also had two musicians. We came on a recommendation, and we'll be back! Only 4 stars for the food, because that's not what we came for, but the chocolate cake was AMAZING... 😜

25/02/2026: It used to be a restaurant I enjoyed going to from time to time, but the chef has changed, and consequently, so has the quality. I ordered cuttlefish and chorizo, and the chorizo ​​was burnt, but that wasn't the worst part. I finished my glass of wine and found two cockroaches—oh, at the bottom of the glass! Yes, I did say cockroaches! 🤮🤮🤮 The owner saw this and still took my money, deducting one euro and giving me my change on top of that. 👌 He's lucky I didn't make a scene in front of the other tables. However, I think I'm going to contact the health department because this is unacceptable.

18/02/2026: We recently discovered this wine bar. The place is pleasant, the atmosphere lively and very noisy, which might appeal to those looking for a vibrant spot. The service was quick. However, we were a little less impressed with the tasting. The wine we chose didn't really meet our expectations, and some of the tapas lacked depth. The tzatziki, in particular, was quite watery and different from what we were used to... a small dish also left us perplexed: we couldn't really identify the flavors or the ingredients. The prices aren't excessive, but still... Overall, it was decent, but we didn't quite get the experience we were hoping for.
