04/09/2024: Staff (female) lunch service in cooking very unpleasant towards customers. If Madame doesn't have the patience, let her change jobs.... Much friendlier staff at Flunch Arras. Last time for us here

23/09/2024: I went to eat this evening with my husband who forgot to take his drink. The cashier told me when there was some in the room so on the ice side I took a drink and the manager told me that I had a tea price (without paying! !) which I put in my bag!! I emptied my bag, no tea!! He got the profiles completely wrong!!! He therefore lost a customer who comes twice a week (so more than 100eurosxper 4)!!!
