05/10/2026: The restaurant is so-so. The new all-you-can-eat formula is a good idea in principle, but its execution leaves much to be desired. There's no way to keep the dishes warm on the table, and the meats cooked to order are mishandled by the cooks who pound them on the stovetop with spatulas, resulting in meat that's almost burnt on the outside but cooked properly on the inside. The meat is stringy, and the knives they give you have serrated blades when they should have smooth ones. Furthermore, the portion size is ridiculously small. At first, I thought, "It's okay, I'll have more," but it was so unpleasant that I didn't try it again. Frankly, I won't be back.
