03/04/2026: Honestly, a disastrous experience. I ordered a CBO meal and received a burger… without nuggets. Yes, without the main meat. It's the bare minimum to check an order before giving it to the customer. The result: an incomplete, dry, and inedible sandwich. And as if that weren't enough, there was no BBQ sauce in the bag. So not even anything to salvage the meal. This is clearly a lack of seriousness and professionalism. I pay for a complete meal, not for a sloppy and incomplete product. I am very disappointed and expect some form of compensation from you, because this kind of mistake is simply unacceptable.
