13/02/2026: My takeout order was incomplete, and I didn't realize it at the time. Passing through the area occasionally, I mentioned on my second visit that the missing item from my previous order was missing, and I had proof. They asked if I wanted to reorder, and I said why not. They offered me a cheeseburger or a discount. I accepted the discount, which didn't even cover the cost of the cheddar sauce they'd forgotten and which they no longer offer. I'm frustrated by the oversight the first time and by the lack of professionalism. The least they could have done was refund (deduct) and offer a replacement item. Furthermore, both times the fries were undercooked, tasted frozen throughout, and weren't golden enough considering the wait time—it's unacceptable. We'll see next time; I'm a bit of a masochist. 😁

24/01/2026: Avoid at all costs! The hotel is in a terrible state... cleanliness is not its strong point, nor is the manager's friendliness.

05/10/2025: Unfortunately, I was passing through Orsay for treatment. The room had a dirty carpet (thanks to dust mites when you're already immune-poor), a moldy shower door seal, an uncomfortable bed, not to mention the pillows. There were no smoke detectors in the rooms. In short, the hotel wasn't designed to receive patients for treatment because there were no helpful conditions and it was far from everything. Not recommended.
