The meat is excellent, the service excellent, the employees smiling and friendly.

Perfect aperitifs and dishes served hot, perhaps served a little quickly without giving us time to finish the aperitif.
Very good points for the quality, perfectly cooked meat and the tasty accompaniment (gratin dauphinois).
For dessert, too bad about the whipped cream.
Overall, a very good evening

I am a regular customer every Wednesday, my visit today arrived at 11 a.m. on a Tuesday first customer a long wait staff in the kitchen long hair without cap I think this is not very hygienic.

Already upon arriving, no classic signs, not even a banner on a post, what follows is a dilapidated, dirty, degraded establishment, remaining in the 80s including painting, still with no-smoking zone signs, rickety electrical wires, toilets almost out of order and dirty (only 2 for everyone including 1 without a lock) 1 tiny and dirty children's game, furniture in agony and more than questionable food/drink, don't go there, to put it simply.

31/03/2024: I went to eat at McDonald's around 4:30 p.m. what a mistake... cleaned tables, cold meal, box of nuggets without nuggets, missing gift, and missing sauces... and I was not alone in this case, you should never come at off-peak times in this McDonald's I have the impression.
25/03/2024: We have seen a real change recently, the team is more cheerful, the waiting time has decreased and finally the products are hot! Congratulations on this change!!!

But the service attitude is ridiculous, I'd say it's the worst services I've ever meet in France, which makes me, someone who almost never write review, write this first review on Google map.
THEY WOULD CHASING YOU OUT AND STOP YOU JUST LET YOU TO GO BACK AND PUT THE PLATE IN RECYCLE PLACE.
I couldn't image how a restaurant with this price would do things like this, even a McD or KFC or kebab will not treat their customers like this.
No, the waiter is not busy at all, and there lack of significant symbols to tell me to do this.

04/04/2024: Order received completely crushed when we call politely we are looked down upon by the person who picks up as if it was our fault, and when we try to call back because in addition two products are missing from the order they hang up on us or we picks up and we are put on silent, just unacceptable

Very average cleanliness, blood on the walls of the toilets, non-existent flush buttons which reveal holes in the partitions, suspicious stains on the floor..... My god, what is the state of the kitchens ???
The food (reheated I hope) was good... But from around twenty customers the service is overwhelmed...
An experience that I will not repeat!
