22/03/2026: The service was very good, except that in the children's menu I only got the equivalent of 10 gnocchi, which is nothing compared to what they usually serve.
My daughter, after eating her gnocchi, asked for another plate.
I should have mentioned that the first one was really small to begin with.
Anyway, they brought me another plate and charged me five euros more than the children's menu price… which is outrageous.
When I went to pay, they had charged me for an appetizer platter that was supposed to be free because it was my birthday last week and I had a voucher valid until April 12th. The cashier couldn't remove it from the computer system and told me, "Exceptionally, I'll remove it manually, but otherwise I shouldn't." Except I told them that my voucher was valid, that I had the card, so it should have gone through.
It's really annoying, you have to keep an eye on everything, from the amount on our plates to the receipt at the end…
14/03/2026: I strongly advise against this restaurant; the waitress (the manager has a piercing) was unpleasant, the pasta carbonara was not good at all, and the dish was served cold. It was cold in the restaurant.

23/03/2026: I arrived at 2:30 pm, everything was closed, but they still served me and even reheated my fries despite the kitchen being closed. The staff was very friendly.

Weekly set menu at €21: starter + main course or main course + dessert. The menu includes an amuse-bouche. Quick and efficient service. My favorite place to stop when I have meetings or business lunches in Chartres.

13/03/2026: I ordered a whisky without ice as an aperitif. They served it with ice. I asked for it to be changed. They came back with whisky without ice, but the glass was ice-cold. In the end, they just removed the ice cubes...
01/03/2026: A good Italian restaurant; I've had pizza and pasta there before. I recommend it. The service was quite fast.

12/03/2026: We went to the drive-thru on Saturday, March 7th, and our experience was disastrous. Upon arrival, our order was taken at the kiosks. Then, we were stuck for 45 minutes on the side of the restaurant without ANY information from the staff. When we finally got to the register after 45 minutes, we were told that our orders had been lost and that we had to start all over again. They told us they couldn't tell us how much longer we would have to wait. We were traveling with three young children in two cars. We ended up leaving without receiving any apologies, explanations, or, most importantly, without our meals!

15/09/2024: !!!BRING EARPLUGS AND SOME ANTI BAC WIPES!!! The rooms are dated and not very clean. The carpet stinks from god knows what germs. Bathroom is tiny and the bath is made from thin plastic which feels like it will crack under the weight. Very noisy. You can hear all the noise from the adjoining rooms and the corridor. Doors slamming all night and early morning.
Windows face into noisy car park and the bar which is noisy and inconvenient.
Receptionist absolutely stunk the place out with body odour. No welcome no smile. Don’t know about the food looked grim and expensive. Location very good.

02/04/2024: Allergique à la tomate, j'ai acheté un sandwich emmental car tous les autres sandwichs sont forcément avec des crudités. En arrivant à la voiture j'ai naturellement croqué dans le sandwich et découvert que le jambon emmental avait aussi des crudités donc de la" tomate". Aimablement je retourne voir les vendeuses afin de leur demander s'ils peuvent refaire le sandwich. La caissière demande discrètement à son responsable qui refuse. Donc la caissière m'informe que j'ai déjà croqué dans le sandwich donc elle perd un sandwich si elle me refait un sandwich sans tomate. Chers lecteurs heureusement que j'ai croqué dans le sandwich sinon je pense qu'elle l'aurait remis en vente. La caissière et le responsable ne m'ont même pas demandé si je me portais bien malgré mon allergie alimentaire! Elle est restée que sur le fait de la perte d'un sandwich si elle devait en refaire un. Voilà les faits...A vous de juger... je tiens néanmoins à féliciter les autres vendeuses qui sont restées compatissantes et étaient prêtes à me refaire un sandwich. Je leurs souhaite de trouver un emploi au sein d'une entreprise qui a des valeurs humaines à leur image.
