14/12/2024: Ce restaurant est une vague fumisterie. Comment peut-on proposer des produits aussi mauvais. A tel point (et pourtant je suis très desserts) que je m'y suis pas tenté. Pas bon, pas frais, bref, A FUIR !!! 20 euros pour avoir le bide en vrac et n'avoir éprouvé aucun plaisir. C'est même pas une déception, c'est un écœurement. INSIPIDE !!!

08/09/2024: Arriving at 9:40 p.m. on a Saturday evening, the waiter quickly told us that it closed at 10:30 p.m. The food compared to before was frankly not great, it looked like the spring rolls were stale? Even the commercial ones are 10 times better. Level seafood Freshness not great either.. Moreover during the meal it's almost necessary to hurry up and eat, 10:35 p.m. my partner wanting to have a dessert to finish and well... not possible he had already put everything away, I will no longer recommend this "restaurant". Also, avoid giving hot glasses for a cold beer... To avoid

31/08/2024: Came with my 4 year old son for the first time, welcome and quick ordering, however after my entry I had 3 people who came to see if I wanted a dessert, I explained 3 times that I was waiting for pasta....after 20 minutes of waiting I called one of the ladies to find out where it was in summer. In the end, after 25 minutes of waiting and 3 mouthfuls, I was no longer hungry. I waited for a good 15 minutes with my arms crossed in front of my dish before someone came to see me..... being in the profession, I preferred not to do remonstrances in the middle of a rush, complicated services we all have them on the other hand I would have appreciated being asked when paying if everything went well but given that I was told the price directly I am told that maybe the manager didn't care so what's the point..... On the other hand, no commercial gesture due to the wait and the fact that I said that I no longer had time for dessert... even though I love desserts. Additionally, I find it a bit unusual that it’s up to customers to pack their own doggy bag. Positive point all the same, the value for money is generous, good and affordable. Really unfortunate this lack of interest in the customer at the end of the meal.

31/08/2024: A real immersion in Italy. I have been there several times and I am not disappointed. Pasta or pizza, a real treat. Fast and efficient service. Staff with great humanity and real respect for people. (I went there accompanied by an elderly and disabled person). Many thanks

15/09/2024: !!!BRING EARPLUGS AND SOME ANTI BAC WIPES!!! The rooms are dated and not very clean. The carpet stinks from god knows what germs. Bathroom is tiny and the bath is made from thin plastic which feels like it will crack under the weight. Very noisy. You can hear all the noise from the adjoining rooms and the corridor. Doors slamming all night and early morning. Windows face into noisy car park and the bar which is noisy and inconvenient. Receptionist absolutely stunk the place out with body odour. No welcome no smile. Don’t know about the food looked grim and expensive. Location very good.

02/04/2024: Allergique à la tomate, j'ai acheté un sandwich emmental car tous les autres sandwichs sont forcément avec des crudités. En arrivant à la voiture j'ai naturellement croqué dans le sandwich et découvert que le jambon emmental avait aussi des crudités donc de la" tomate". Aimablement je retourne voir les vendeuses afin de leur demander s'ils peuvent refaire le sandwich. La caissière demande discrètement à son responsable qui refuse. Donc la caissière m'informe que j'ai déjà croqué dans le sandwich donc elle perd un sandwich si elle me refait un sandwich sans tomate. Chers lecteurs heureusement que j'ai croqué dans le sandwich sinon je pense qu'elle l'aurait remis en vente. La caissière et le responsable ne m'ont même pas demandé si je me portais bien malgré mon allergie alimentaire! Elle est restée que sur le fait de la perte d'un sandwich si elle devait en refaire un. Voilà les faits...A vous de juger... je tiens néanmoins à féliciter les autres vendeuses qui sont restées compatissantes et étaient prêtes à me refaire un sandwich. Je leurs souhaite de trouver un emploi au sein d'une entreprise qui a des valeurs humaines à leur image.
