06/05/2026: We celebrated my wife's 50th birthday at La Fourchette du Père Vincent, and it was a complete success. The whole family was delighted by the warm and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. The service was impeccable, attentive, and professional from beginning to end. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the meat, which was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked. Everything was perfect for a wonderful time.
