The chef shares his journey and his country throughout his dishes. And sometimes his story meets yours, and that's when we touch the sublime. And the products are excellent, the cooking is perfect, and the service, provided in part by the chef himself, is in tune. With very good value for money if you put it in relation to the work and know-how necessary to achieve this level of perfection. Otherwise, go there with your eyes closed.

02/07/2025: A colorful and welcoming spot, nestled against Ambronay Abbey. The chef and waiter were very friendly. The menu offers some delightful discoveries, such as the particularly well-prepared carp ingot. The dishes are enhanced by a very well-chosen wine pairing, all offered at a reasonable price. A wonderful experience that we will undoubtedly repeat. A perfectly deserved Michelin star.
