I am the chef of the Trock café, know when 40 years of profession I have never cooked spoiled products, your salmon was part of the same fillet that I served to your table neighbors where there was no no problem.
I understand that perhaps your dish was not to your taste
When it's like that I call the chef or the boss or I report it when paying, but from there to going down restaurants like that!!!! Regarding the server's response, the problem will be resolved by management
31/03/2024: Hello, very average meal. My friend ordered a salmon with a stale taste... we said it several times... The waiter told us 3 times that it was normal that the fish was bad because now with the pollution the fish is no longer edible. Inadmissible speech... and what's more, the dish has not been changed. We had to give him a piece of our dish. We had to leave when a lady who was working looked at us in an unpleasant manner... We are disappointed with our experience...
