29/04/2026: A loyal customer of the restaurant for many years, and having never had the chance to try the hotel, I have frequented this establishment numerous times over nearly 15 years. Despite the various changes over time, the quality has always been consistently high, which is worth emphasizing.
This brasserie-style restaurant, with its stylish and modern decor, is ideally located near the square's parking lot, just 10 minutes from Monaco and the beaches, making it very convenient and easily accessible.
The dishes are good, consistent, and well-prepared, with reasonable prices and impeccable service.
No unpleasant surprises: you know why you're coming, and you'll find a very welcome consistency.
In short: a sure bet, convenient and reliable, which I gladly recommend.

07/10/2025: This year we found Uvita Cap d’Ail in a deplorable state. We weren't sure if it was open or if the place had been abandoned.
The furniture was in terrible condition, messy and dirty, the plants were neglected, etc. The mattresses were moldy, the sand wasn't level, and the sun loungers were all over the place. The blonde woman, who seemed to be the manager, we wondered what her role was, as we didn't see her do anything.
It was a total disappointment, which is a real shame because the place used to be very nice.
The food was still okay, but there wasn't much choice.

03/09/2024: Déjeuner à la pinède Accueil formidable. décoration superbe et surtout un poisson ( bar ) parfaitement cuit une purée (escoffier) fondante.. des légumes locaux rôtis.. tout était délicieux des apéritifs au dessert (sablé au citron) un merveilleux moment et une très belle surprise ! Je recommande vivement
25/08/2024: Très belle vue mais reste tout de même extrêmement chère pour ce que c’est.
À part une ou deux personnes le reste de l’équipe n’était pas des plus accueillants.
Prix des plats (45 le plus bas) et l’accompagnement n’est même pas compris dans le prix !
Un peu aberrant quand on voit le prix des plats…
Comptez 10 euros par tête en plus pour accompagnement.
Si non, restaurant pas mal dans l’ensemble mais d’autres lieux beaucoup moins chère et tout aussi jolie !

16/07/2024: Nous sommes venus pour prendre des pizzas qui se sont révélées extremement décevantes, sinon tout à fait médiocres. Il est notamment stupéfiant que l'on ose nommer "délicieuse" une pizza à la pate sèche, et où les ingrédients annoncés (poivrons, olives, fromage...) sont remplacés par une couche agessive de sauce tomate industrielle.

22/06/2024: Poor, rather English, menu. 20 mins before menu appeared,fortunately nice day. Waiter with attitude.
There are much better places nearby.
23/02/2024: Je suis venue manger au Bolinas avec ma famille et nous avons passé un très bon moment ! Les plats sont délicieux et bien présentés. Je recommande !
