30/03/2026: It was our daughter Marie-Anne who made the reservation at this restaurant, whose owner she knows (thanks to squash!). She knows we love good food, and we were certainly spoiled at Bistrot Saint Sauveur!
For my part, I chose a scallop carpaccio, original and absolutely delicious, followed by grilled sweetbreads with a parsley sauce, which I will remember for a very long time: truly succulent. The portions were generous and well-presented, so I finished with an ice cream, which was also very good.
My wife and I regularly dine at Michelin-starred restaurants. We felt that the quality and refinement of the dishes served were consistent with that type of establishment. In addition, the atmosphere created by the owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming: we had a wonderful time. Moreover, the value for money is, in my opinion, unbeatable. We will return with immense pleasure…

The chef and his team richly deserve the 2 stars awarded by the renowned guide.
Chef Ogier was a very kind touch, thoughtfully signing the gift certificate and menus we had received for our 51st wedding anniversary.
We also chatted briefly at the end of the meal. An unforgettable memory.

15/01/2026: Kudos to the Chef, who serves excellent, high-quality, and satisfying dishes (the Rossini was superb, and the French toast was a welcome change from the usual tiramisu...). Bravo!
The service is friendly, and they offer regional wines. The terrace boasts a magnificent view of Cannes and the Esterel mountains in every season. Reasonable prices. Bravo!

11/07/2025: Not positive. When we booked via email, they gave us a room number, but upon arrival, they gave us another one, without any explanation. Thinking it was a coincidence, we made another reservation later, this time asking for more details about the room.
They couldn't tell us where they were placing us; they basically decide upon arrival.
That's not fair. If I pay for a room type, I want that one. Plus, breakfast is expensive and definitely not worth the price.

16/01/2025: Very cute French restaurant. Server appeared to also be the one cooking the meals and was very sweet and attentive.
We had the mussels to start which were very very good and presented in a way making them easy to eat and share
We then each had a burger which came with fried potatoes. The one with truffle was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend trying it!
All around a lovely evening and would recommend this restaurant
