27/09/2024: The value for money is not good at all. Very small portions. The duck breast was not a treat for the palate. The fish platter wasn't very good either. The food wasn't bad but nothing extraordinary either. I wouldn't eat there again. The service was nothing special either
22/09/2024: Disappointed by this first experience, fish good but lukewarm. Beef that was undercooked, only the dessert was appreciated, we will not repeat the experience

28/08/2024: Excellent location, just a few minutes away is the center of Vence and offers excellent parking with possible garage. The availability and courtesy of the staff reign supreme, but the entire structure and the cleanliness of the rooms needs to be reviewed.
14/08/2024: Only small complaint is that there were not enough loungers by the pool, particularly because the hoggers were there leaving their towels on the few loungers that there were. Pool was lovely, service was great and location fantastic. Very short walk into Vence. Tried the restaurant once for dinner, not overly impressed. My companion was not at all impressed. But plenty of great restaurants in Vence.

06/09/2024: We ate the crepe after dinner. Outdoor table in this truly characteristic village.
Non-existent service. Unclean tables.
They forgot an ingredient on my plate, but it was immediately remedied. The crepe deserved the €9 spent: the dough was excellent. Promoted!

22/04/2024: Excellent product quality, as is the friendliness of the boss. I particularly recommend its “label rouge” chicken and the octopus salad.
19/04/2024: For convenience we had the weakness of buying a Label Rouge chicken on the spit for the price of €20. Dry and burnt chicken as desired, it must have been turning since the day before to be in this state!!! Shameful for a professional.

17/08/2024: Very warm and pleasant welcome. In terms of the room, some disappointments given the standard displayed in the hotel with many works of art, our room was equipped with a blackout curtain which was stained, the terrace not very clean either. Small cold shower also for the espressos which are charged at breakfast in the morning, it's a little strong. The breakfast was plentiful as long as you didn't arrive too late because otherwise there was no croissant or pain au chocolat, otherwise great quality of the products offered apart from the white ham which was of very poor quality for an establishment like this. Apart from these small problems, very happy with our stay.
09/08/2024: I'm not in the habit of giving a bad review but I was very upset by this stay.
The soundproofing of the rooms is horrible. Silence in a room, tranquility, is still the basis of any stay, especially a 4-star hotel.
We can hear the neighboring rooms with their discussions (people talking, we could understand their sentences, and it was even worse when they were in their bathroom, it created an echo) we can hear their TV or when they turn on a tap.
The staff explains to us that this is the first time they have heard this kind of remark with an unpleasant tone. What a lie knowing that other comments talk about it.
Our room also overlooked the tennis and pétanque court. Result no peace. You might as well take a hotel in the middle of town. I want an experience like that in a Formula 1, but not 550 euros for two nights.
Breakfast at 20 euros to which must be added coffee shots at 3 euros. Result: two double espressos for 12 euros. No understanding from the staff who don't care about you at all. Besides, it’s simple, I have rarely seen such unpleasant hotel staff. 52 euros for the breakfast bill. I was already upset about the rooms, I preferred to calm down. I also think that when you hate your stay, you no longer forgive anything.
Never again in this hotel whose exterior and corridors resemble a municipal hall from the 80s.
I think that the problem with the rooms cannot be remedied because it is a construction problem, so I wish them courage for the future.
Too bad because the rooms are very beautiful. And it’s right next to Vence and Saint Paul de Vence.

Première fois en 3ans sur Vence mais loin d être la dernière. Superbe expérience.
Je recommande vivement les produits Corce. Tomme excellente et petit digestif Myrthe.
Les enfants ont plus qu adoré les Burgers.
I do recommand this restaurant. So far one of the best in Vence. I have been living there for 3 years and i do not know how I missed it previously. Do not hesitate to take the local products (wine cheese liquor) from Corse.
Ask for Cyrille. 5 stars service

Service de Julien à recommander : premier resto où le serveur va à la demande vous remplir une carafe d eau fraîche directement à la fontaine (eau de La Foux)

07/08/2024: Just wow. Menu de marche portion size even better. Probably one of our favourite meals tonight - exceptional flavours. Well done chef ! 19th year (or actually we wonder if it is 20…) as clients.
20/07/2024: Venu diner à 4 en famille pour fêter les 18 ans de notre fille.
Cela faisait longtemps que nous avions envie de découvrir l'endroit, un peu à l'écart des strass de la cote d'azur.
Le cadre est magnifique. le service débute bien voiturier, un bar somptueux qui donne en vie de gouter des cocktails maison , une vue féérique sur une grande terrasse.
et puis patatras...
Les cocktails commandés sont arrivés après l'entrée,

L'entrée qui nous a été présenté dans un anglais approximatif par une jeune probablement en stage. Soulagée que nous soyons français car "on n'aura pas à subir son accent pourri" Assez familier pour un étoilé logé dans un palace 5*.
Les entrées étaient très différentes
Le plat signature se résume à un œuf sur des légumes. Aucun effet Waou, Contrairement à la Tomate, qui semble être concocté par un autre chef. très sympa et de saison.
Le plat principal : la BARBUE ... un bloc de sel ! (même l'accompagnement de calamars était immangeable.
J'appelle la serveuse, qui me dit que pourtant personne ne s'était plaint de ce plat !!!
Elle repart quand même en cuisine avec et revient me dire que les chefs avaient gouté et que je n'avais finalement pas tort.
Elle me propose de me refaire le plat OK
Arrive 10 min plus tard, un autre morceau de poisson, cuit différemment, ...et avec une autre sauce ! .... Seul l'accompagnement pouvait me faire penser au même plat.
je me dépêche de finir. Ensuite fromage . Ok
Le dessert.
Le serveur est fier de me présenter l'Abricot.
Pas de bol j'ai pris la Pêche !!
Un mot m'intrique dans l'intitulé du plat: le SOBACHA.
Assez hésitant il me dit que cela doit être un certain type de pêche. il me dit qu'il va tout de même vérifier. ON ne le reverra plus.
Nous demandons donc à une autre serveuse (une petite dizaine de personnel différent tout au long du repas), qui nous affirme qu'il s'agit d'un condiment.
Google lui nous a indiqué qu'il s'agit en fait d'une infusion de sarrazin.
Bref ca flotte en salle comme en cuisine.
Nous avions pris le soin de préciser que nous venions pour un anniversaire.
Mais aucune attention particulière sauf après l'avoir rappelé au maitre d'hôtel au moment de l'addition
Dans la précipitation, il nous ont remis 4 assiettes, puis amené une boule de glace avec une bougie (mais pas de cuillère pour déguster la glace...)
Ca ne rame plus ça coule.
Enfin, le responsable de salle a reconnu que la soirée était catastrophique, même si il espérait avoir la chance de nous revoir vu que nous sommes locaux. (NDLR: il nous a offert les cocktails).
Erreur dans l'addition. On est plus à cela près.
En sortant le concierge nous salue.
Par contre plus aucune trace du voiturier !!
Nous partons donc chercher notre voiture en suivant les panneaux parking...
Là un interphone indique que l'on peut appeler pour récupérer sa clé....
