14/01/2026: As a couple celebrating our anniversary, the team at L'Autre Jardin provided us with a truly delightful gastronomic experience.
Everything was delicious and prepared with care and a genuine love for cooking—hats off to the kitchen! The welcome and advice were very professional, and we greatly appreciated the explanations of each dish.
The price reflects the high quality and refinement of the cuisine. We will gladly return; thank you very much.

07/05/2026: An excellent restaurant in Mirepoix! Thanks to Henri for recommending it! Excellent set menu for 16 euros, including wine and coffee! Local charcuterie, salted pork with lentils, and homemade lemon tart—what a treat!
09/04/2026: On the Mirepoix bypass on the D119, with parking all along the avenue and in front of the Brasserie du Rumat, Christelle and Jean-Philippe welcome you to their friendly restaurant and bar. Set menus are available weekdays at lunchtime and on weekends starting from €16.50, including a drink and a portion of food. Closed on Sundays, except for reservations or club groups. Enjoy the pleasant terrace and dining room. Homemade cuisine prepared daily. Located near a motorhome parking area. Recommended by the Routard travel guide for motorhome and motorcycle enthusiasts.

15/05/2026: Both the pizza and the entrecote were delicious! The meat was ordered rare and cooked exactly as ordered – a chef who knows his stuff! The wine recommended by the very friendly server was good and went perfectly with both the pizza and the steak. However, the size of the steak made the side dishes unnecessary for me; I didn't need the fries, one or two slices of bread would have been enough.
12/05/2026: I ate very well, the service was excellent, the portions were large, and the quality-to-price ratio was very good. Highly recommended.

Hotel Restaurant LES MINOTIERS

09/05/2026: Passing through Mirepoix for one night, we received a very warm welcome at the "Les Minotiers" hotel. We were able to secure our bicycles. Our room was large, well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. A bonus was the homemade jams (mirabelle plum, strawberry, and fig). Excellent value for money!

18/05/2026: Mouse droppings on a water bottle, and the saleswoman was very disrespectful.
18/05/2026: I had a terrible experience at this bakery. I went in on market day to buy a bottle of water in the morning, but I noticed there was mouse droppings on it. I politely returned the bottle to the waitress, telling her I wouldn't be taking it after all. I came back a little later to get a panini, but the woman spoke to me very aggressively, telling me that returning the bottle of water with the mouse droppings was impolite, and then told me to leave the shop and refused to sell me the panini.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city.

25/08/2024: Verre collé et sale , on prend un café liégeois c était de l eau mélangé avec du café pas de paille, le seul bon points la chantilly était bonne mais à 8 euro 50 un peu cher comme on a porté réclamation la patronne a déchiré la note

15/09/2024: Great place Le Casti… good food and good drinks, on the beautiful medieval square in Mirepoix…
I had the crispy chicken goujons with frites and a Grimbergen beer. Lovely. People at Le Casti are very friendly too, makes all the difference.
10/09/2024: Le Casti is a popular restaurant and bar on the main square. It’s a smart place with good service, and a pleasant place to sit and watch the world trundle past,
They have a decent selection of pression but the most ordinary lager they had is apparently Grimbergen, which is way too strong for a session beer, and not really to our taste.

Le métier de restaurateur ne s’improvise pas !
14/07/2024: Ce n'est plus ce que c'était ! La qualité et la quantité ont considérablement diminué.
(La qualité médiocre du foie gras) (3 minuscules morceaux de foie gras)....
Des aiguillettes de canards nerveuses , servies avec des courgettes bouillies !!
Un attrape touristes...A fuir !!
