01/06/2026: The food, service, and atmosphere were top-notch, and the local cuisine was truly excellent. I highly recommend this must-visit spot in the Couserans region.
01/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at Auberge d’Antan, from start to finish! Everything was perfect for a fantastic evening: a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, a warm welcome, and delicious food.
We don't understand some of the negative comments, as our experience was so positive… A big thank you to the whole team for this lovely time; we will gladly return.

It would have been more professional to display the actual opening hours.

21/11/2025: Having booked for two on a Friday evening, we arrived on time and no one knew we had a reservation. The restaurant was packed, so we had to wait for a table to become available before we could sit down to eat.
The roasted Camembert was very good, no complaints there. The burrata salad could have used a bit more dressing (that's just my opinion). The ribeye steak was average, very tender but a bit bland.
It was very noisy, but for a Friday night, that's forgivable.
Overall, it was decent. 👌🏼
