They were incredibly attentive and even accommodated my gluten intolerance, even though we hadn't made a reservation. So, kudos to the chef and his team, to the woman who tends the vegetable garden and ensures such high-quality cuisine, and kudos to the baker because the sourdough bread is simply divine and so rare in restaurants.
