The welcome was very pleasant in a lovely setting.
The kitchen, which we had the honor and pleasure of visiting, was as impressive as the food; it was magnificent.
We highly recommend this exceptional place in our region.

19/04/2026: Take your time for a break by the sea. Pleasant setting! Lovely terrace!
The owner is friendly and accommodating, but the service staff are inexperienced and disorganized... the food is minimal. Ideal for a light snack.
Enjoy the view, it's vacation time!

29/06/2026: We were very disappointed with the two-hour wait for a main course and dessert, and the very high bill. We were told that for Americans, we wouldn't recommend it.
28/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at the beach. The atmosphere was very friendly and pleasant. We ate very well; the dishes were delicious and perfectly cooked. A great experience that we happily recommend!

05/07/2026: Overall, we received a good welcome from the servers who were attentive to our needs, but we had Caesar salads that were well-garnished but not enough dressing, and mussels marinière that didn't have much white wine in them, not enough flavor, and there were far too few mussels in the shells.
05/07/2026: The welcome was very warm, but the atmosphere was extremely stressful. The servers were running around frantically, rushing us to eat.
The Languedoc salad and gizzards were awful, tasting like corned beef. The cuttlefish burger was bland. The fries and aioli were also tasteless.

20/10/2025: Chez Norbert is always a safe bet; it's friendly, and the quality is good. It's hopelessly overcrowded during peak season, and outside of peak season, the outdoor seating isn't quite as pleasant. But it always deserves four points!

09/05/2026: I recommend this restaurant; the food is good, the servers are very attentive, and there's a great atmosphere.
The restaurant is right next to the fairgrounds, directly on the seafront, and it's a good spot to watch the fireworks.
26/04/2026: Disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.
We sat down at 1:00 PM, and I had to ask to order drinks at 2:00 PM… Only one waitress for a Sunday lunch is unacceptable.
To put things in context, the Saint-Pierre-la-Mer marathon was on that day, so it was extremely busy: they really needed to plan ahead.
At 2:25 PM, we ordered our food, which was served more than an hour later… No apology whatsoever. Tables that arrived after us were served before us (there were six of us).
The food was as mediocre as the service: we ordered mussels and fries and received shellfish in sauce… Not to mention having to ask for water, bread, etc.
There was an error on the bill, and the cashier was smoking inside: it was regrettable. Still no apology when we paid.
I absolutely do not recommend this place.
