21/10/2026: Total disappointment. I came in a group, hoping for a delicious meal based on the Google reviews, especially since I trained under a renowned chef who owned three prestigious restaurants in Toulouse. The dishes are beautifully presented, but the portions are ridiculously small. Not all gourmets are anorexic! It's pretentious cuisine with a very bland final result. The dessert was an overly complex and tasteless mix of flavors, saved only by its icy temperature, which made it palatable. As for the coffee, it's served in a Barbie doll cup: a real thimble. In short, everything is tiny, except the price. Sometimes, it's better to serve simple, fresh dishes like grandma's cooking rather than getting lost in the pursuit of prestige and profit. What a shame. (Note: If the restaurant changes ownership before or after my visit, there's no need to "jump at my throat"). One last word on review management: systematically attacking dissatisfied customers won't help this restaurant. Your arrogance shows an inability to accept criticism. The customer pays, their opinion matters. Apologizing and improving is better than attacking them. (And an attacked customer never comes back.)
