La Cascade de Moussan
Moussan
15/09/2026: The welcome was very cold; the owners behind the bar weren't particularly friendly. Luckily, the waitress did her job, but it didn't make up for the rest.
It's a shame, we used to love this restaurant, but it's getting worse and worse. Whether it's making a reservation after 8 pm or lingering at the table, you get the feeling you're bothering them.
Disappointing.
10/09/2026: Beautiful and excellent beef tartare
Duck breast skewer, perfectly cooked
Grilled Troy andouillette sausage, a delight
The service was friendly and pleasant
And don't even get me started on the desserts (I always order 100g)
The gentle murmur of the waterfall and the silence of the many koi carp
Huge, free parking
