12/09/2024: Cuisine et service au top, nous nous sommes régalés avec le farçou tout léger, nous avons pris la saucisse (pas grasse) l'aligot comme il faut et pour finir la tarte Bourdaloue (la meilleure que nous avons pu déguster un peu tiède) et une boule de vanille. Bref un excellent repas menu à 27 euros. Vaut le détour.

Here is my response: It seems to me that you have not read your own T&Cs nor what I have written to you. The sentence you use is not complete because it is indeed the deposit and not the entire stay; We have not paid you any deposit. In addition, you indicate that we “chose” the non-reimbursed rate… We didn't choose anything, you gave us a price, that's all. Nothing is indicated anywhere and nothing was said on the phone… The T&Cs on the hotel website indicate that we have 14 days to withdraw since the order was made by telephone. The government website also tells us that only the deposit cannot be refunded; we were charged the full amount of the stay. So, a little advice; avoid breaking down if you go to this gentleman.
