07/07/2026: We stopped at the Capion restaurant and what a wonderful discovery it was! From appetizer to dessert, a festival of flavors for our taste buds! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! We will definitely repeat this experience on our next visit to Millau! Finally: there's more to Millau than just the Millau Bridge! 😉

23/07/2026: A good restaurant... nothing more. The starter was very good, tasty and well-prepared, the main course average, and the dessert mediocre. The service was friendly, as was the setting, in a large open-air courtyard.

From appetizer to dessert, we were won over. The strawberry, raspberry, and pistachio cake is to die for! A huge thank you, we'll be back!

25/05/2026: Perfect place for our lunch. Plenty of shade from the sun! Menu had plenty to choose from and the service from the very friendly team was great. Food es was tasty and plentiful. Good bottle of rosé and lots of water in a lovely setting made for a very enjoyable experience.

28/07/2026: A very pleasant surprise. It's rare to find real food in tourist areas, but here it's truly homemade. We had the charcuterie platter as a starter: excellent and very generous. Then we had slow-cooked lamb shoulder and Asian-style honey-glazed pork. Everything was excellent, and the outdoor seating was very pleasant.
16/07/2026: The fried fish was perfect: crispy shell, juicy flesh, a delicate and flavorful sauce... the beans were crunchy and tasty, in short... superb! As usual, they take you on a culinary journey... I highly recommend it.

30/04/2026: It looked outdated, the workers only spoke French, the food was pretty bland. The main room was not at all welcoming, it's like an industrial warehouse. There is no elevator to get to the rooms, we were on the second floor and had to go up with dogs and suitcases and besides, I have a bad knee.
28/04/2026: We spent an overnight stay at this establishment with the Toulouse Harley Davidson chapter. There were 55 of us. We were very satisfied. The meal was excellent; the rooms, as well as the entire hotel, were very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped (good bedding). Furthermore, the location was easily accessible, very quiet, with secure parking; and the staff was very attentive. We had a very pleasant time. We recommend this establishment without hesitation.

09/06/2026: Good hotel. The breakfast was very generous and high quality. The hostess was also very friendly and pleasant.
Our small dogs were welcomed with a small jar of treats and a ball each. The manager gave me a discount on the payment for the dogs, which was very kind of her, and we appreciated it.
The room, the bedding, and the bathroom were excellent.
I highly recommend it.
We will definitely be back.

06/06/2026: Charming! The saleswoman was very friendly and the baked goods were incredibly delicious! The bread, croissants, and pastries were heavenly, and the little cake was a dream! It's definitely worth a visit!
15/05/2026: Hello, I tried the strawberry and raspberry cakes, they were as pretty as they were delicious, the flavors were really present, very well balanced in sugar, a real treat, the breads and pastries are also successful with a wide choice 👌.
