28/08/2026: We made a reservation for noon to visit the Roquefort cellars at 2 pm. The welcome was charming. Orders were taken quickly, but the service was less so, as they seemed a bit overwhelmed (we left at 1:45 pm without coffee because we didn't have time). Most of us chose aligot with sausage. It wasn't really aligot, but more like mashed potatoes. The desserts—crepes cooked in advance and reheated at the last minute—weren't exactly what you'd expect from a proper creperie. However, they were generous compared to the rest of the dishes. Ultimately, everything is in line with the price: quality/quantity/price.
27/08/2026: Absolutely excellent, obviously as a Roquefort lover I'm biased 😅 Special mention to the Flaune with orange blossom 🤤 a delight! I highly recommend it 🔥

Hotel Restaurant le Combalou

23/05/2026: A very warm welcome and rooms in excellent condition.
The food is superb, made with quality ingredients, and the service is fast. I highly recommend this hotel!
14/04/2026: Honestly, after several years away, it's changed a lot. It's all industrially produced deli meats, except for the sausage in oil.
The fries and meat are frozen... And to top it all off, a tarte tatin with frozen pastry 😬 Otherwise, the staff is friendly, no complaints there.

Excellent homemade meal.
Set menu at €26, nothing to complain about.
The owner is really very friendly and his wife is an excellent cook.
Come without hesitation!
You'll have a wonderful meal without breaking the bank.

What's really nice is seeing the owner's good humor. As for the owner's wife, she's probably in the kitchen! 😂😂😂😂 Set menu starting at €16, very reasonable.

30/06/2024: Nous avions un peu peur suite aux derniers avis et pourtant….allez y !!!! Les serveurs étaient extrêmement sympathiques et souriants, le repas était très bon (filet sauce roquefort top), globalement un bon repas à 4, malgré un enfant qui n’aime pas le roquefort ;)
31/03/2024: Après la visite des caves , on se dit on va poursuivre la visite en allant au restaurant de la société pour déguster des plats à base de roquefort …

La viande est correct , la sauce roquefort est bonne ( seul point positif du repas )
Le lieu est beau je pense que c’est ce qu l’on paye !
Vraiment dommage , un manque d’organisation et de communication entre les serveurs … manque de choix au niveau de la carte , toilettes pas propre …
Je ne recommande pas
