22/02/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering Schaefferhof, and the experience was excellent. The tarte flambée is simply exceptional: flavorful, generous, and perfectly prepared, with that authentic taste one seeks in Alsace. The service is equally remarkable: warm, welcoming, and attentive servers. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a truly authentic tarte flambée in a friendly atmosphere!

03/02/2026: The dining room was lovely, but quite noisy, making conversation difficult. The tarte flambée was good, but it could have been served hotter.
