06/03/2026: We go there from time to time; it's a very pleasant, simple restaurant, no frills, just what we like. The tarte flambée and pizzas are excellent. The owner is very friendly. I love it! ❤️

25/04/2026: I recently had the pleasure of dining at L’Auberge du Daubenschlag, and it was a truly delightful experience. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, perfect for a convivial and enjoyable meal. The service is attentive without being intrusive, which makes the meal even more pleasant. The waitresses are attentive and incredibly kind! I highly recommend this restaurant if you want to leave with a full stomach! 😋🤗

08/04/2026: Excellent lamb chops, perfectly cooked and a good size. The rhubarb tart is the best I've had in a long time. Oh, and I almost forgot the very warm welcome.
