23/08/2026: An excellent culinary address in the Saverne area, and above all, a truly unique restaurant once you step inside! The dishes are delicious and generous, the welcome is warm, and most importantly, the hike to Warthenberg Castle, located just above it, is well worth it! A resounding success for Daubenschlag in Ernolsheim! 👏
23/08/2026: What a great find! We arrived without a reservation and received a very warm welcome. We enjoyed tarte flambée, rump steak, cordon bleu with Munster cheese, and perfectly crispy fries, and a special mention for the garlic sauce, which was absolutely divine. The service was impeccable and attentive; in short, we left satisfied and happy. We will gladly return!

24/09/2026: A very nice little restaurant, very good tarte flambée.
05/07/2026: Lovely little country inn, serving mainly Alsacian specialties, at a former farm house. Their tartes flambées are second to none, and even their house wine, served in €3 pitchers, first rate. As the weather was perfect, we sat outside on the deck in the courtyard, surrounded by friendly locals. Never have we spent so little for so much enjoyment...
