08/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Alsace! We had lunch at this restaurant today and had a fantastic time. The cuisine is simple, authentic, and truly delicious, yet the dishes are beautifully presented and worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. A real feast for the eyes even before you start eating! The manager is lovely, always smiling, and very welcoming. She took excellent care of us throughout the meal, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The place is warm and inviting, decorated with great taste and attention to detail, all in a beautiful Alsatian style that gives the place a lot of charm. A place where you feel comfortable, where the food is excellent, and which we recommend without hesitation.

17/07/2026: We passed by this brasserie during a hike. It was around 2 p.m., very hot, and we simply wanted a cold drink. Unfortunately, we were greeted by three particularly cold people, with the distinct impression that our presence was bothering them. Once seated, we checked Google and found that the brasserie closed at 2 p.m. We deduced that this frosty reception was probably related to the time. If that was indeed the case, it would have been better to tell us clearly rather than conveying your displeasure through your tone and body language. Customers can certainly understand that you have break times or need rest. However, they shouldn't feel like they're intruding simply because they entered your establishment. We came with the intention of spending money and making a purchase. Given the reception we received, we sincerely regretted it.
