25/02/2026: It's always a pleasure to stay at this lovely, traditional hotel. The food is excellent, very generous portions at unbeatable prices. The friendly staff are incredibly attentive. I highly recommend it.

08/02/2026: A typical Alsatian restaurant, we had a cordon bleu which was very good!
However, be prepared for a long wait… we ordered at 12:00 and were served at 13:15…

Honestly it's the best
I'm quite picky, but I loved the salmon steak with its sauce, and the salmon mille-feuille is also excellent.
