25/05/2026: We stayed one night at this hotel. The staff were attentive, the rooms were welcoming, and the hotel was very well maintained. We plan to return very soon.

11/05/2026: An inn nestled in the heart of the forest, with a pond right in front. A very large terrace and a lovely interior welcome visitors on walks or guests staying in the rooms.
The staff are truly friendly and helpful.
A dream location for those who love long walks in the forest or for a motorcycle stopover. 3 stars, but 5 stars for the staff.

28/05/2026: Superb location, magnificent view, very spacious rooms, very friendly staff, and spotless throughout the hotel.
26/05/2026: I stayed here with my dog during my through hike of the Vosges mountains. As there were not many other guests, we got a room upgrade with an amazing view! I loved the atmosphere, it's a little old but has a lot of charm. Really dog friendly and decent breakfast.

25/08/2026: I spent the morning calling them with no answer, and by early afternoon, still no answer. I think you should steer clear.
16/08/2026: Warning!!!!! The hotel appears to be permanently closed. We received a booking confirmation via a booking website this morning and then arrived to find the doors locked. Local residents told us that it had been like this for some time!!!

02/07/2024: Très bonne accueil , côté comptoir TOUJOURS de la bonne pression (pils, bière local et une bière de saison ).
Pour le repas , je suis un très grand amateur de cordon bleu , mais alors les cordons bleu du château .. un vrai régal , le meilleur mangé jusqu’à présent !!
Personnel très très sympa , et les gérants des personnes formidables !
Si vous êtes de passage vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermé , je recommande a 100% !!
