12/05/2024: Exceptional restaurant in the idyllic setting of Mittelbergheim. The cuisine was refined and creative, made from seasonal local products, while being hearty and unpretentious. I opted for the spring menu, centered around asparagus, which was a real treat. The natural wines, recommended by Sylvie and Anne and vinified a few kilometers from the restaurant, were sumptuous and perfectly matched with our meal. We had a great time at the end of the evening chatting with the team in their warm and well-appointed bar. We will surely come back.
