26/05/2026: We've known this restaurant for many years; in fact, they've been here for 20 years!
Besides the restaurant itself, there's also Kathia and Jean-Luc, without whom the restaurant wouldn't have the same prestige.
The food is impeccable, delicious, and unpretentious, simply served with care, just like at home.
They're always attentive to their customers, who keep coming back with great pleasure to delight our taste buds.

20/02/2026: Lunch today at La Porte Haute in Sarre-Union, and frankly, a very good experience.
Generous and high-quality cuisine: perfectly cooked escalope in cream sauce, golden fries, a delicious dessert with ice cream and whipped cream, and a good coffee to finish. A special mention also goes to the simple but satisfying starter.
Pleasant, quick, and professional service. A friendly atmosphere; you feel right at home.
A reliable spot in Sarre-Union; I'll definitely be back.

21/08/2024: It's hard to understand some of the reviews... We have been regular customers for years, and behind the stove there is a real cook who loves what he does! It's just excellent and in more than enough quantity.
If you like local and well-made cuisine, don't hesitate. People who “are in the trade” and criticize, I think you are not at all in the trade to say such things about such dishes.
Never disappointed, price consistent with quality and quantity….
Bravo to you and don’t change anything, we will come back again and again!

12/08/2024: We just had the Strasbourg salad and sorbet for dessert.
But when I was looking for the toilet the boss called out to me and said: "honey it's on the right, behind the curtain!!" and added "since you're of a certain age"!!
I like to joke but for a restaurateur to address his customers in this way, a total lack of respect!!
No one will see me there again!!

29/07/2024: Propriétaire impoli. Il m'a raccroché au nez sans respect alors que j'avais appelé pour avoir les horaires d'ouverture.
12/05/2024: J'ai rarement vu un patron aussi antipathique !!! On voulait boire un verre il nous a prit de haut! J'avais déjà entendu des choses mais alors là ... Plus jamais j'y mettrai les pieds!
