29/04/2026: The initial atmosphere might be a little reserved, but come without hesitation; it's simply a matter of discretion and modesty. It's the perfect spot for an evening aperitif or drinks with friends. The cuisine is both simple and refined. You'll avoid the hustle and bustle of the port.

29/06/2026: A visit with a bitter taste, the food was not up to par, a Milanese escalope of poor quality, barely tender, 2 rolls of salad and fries, the waiters were friendly, a tarpaulin on the terrace was not working, we were told no problem, the sun will set in 15 minutes, apart from the location, the rest will not remain a good experience, it's a shame.

02/07/2026: I was served by a really nice guy while we watched the Spain-Austria football match.
Service 10/10
02/07/2026: After a morning at the beach we visited around noon as a family with three teenagers.
We had a mix of coffees, sorbets/ice cream, and cold drinks.
The location is fantastic. We were very happy to sit in the shaded area and relax.
Our waiter was excellent. Friendly and polite with plenty of patience as the youngsters practiced their skills in conversing in French.

29/06/2026: Everything was going well until a piece of glass was found in the pizza... No explanation or apology, just a rather ill-timed (funny) joke. It's not so funny when you risk cutting the inside of your mouth, or worse...
PS: "This time we included the frame."
26/06/2026: Mixed feelings. The setting on the port of Cassis is pleasant, but the food is rather disappointing. The dishes are quite average, more in the style of a touristy brasserie than a proper restaurant. The mussels, in particular, didn't all seem very fresh, which definitely spoiled the meal. It's a shame, because the location is appealing, but the quality just isn't there.

I'm following up on a previous review where I mentioned that my daughter was charged twice during her visit to your establishment, with no way to contact you, not even on Instagram! The only way to reach you is by leaving a review. You responded to my previous review by suggesting she come to the restaurant for a refund, but this would require paying for gas, tolls, and parking since she doesn't live in Cassis! This is unacceptable. Could you please contact me to resolve this another way?

30/06/2026: We stopped at this restaurant by chance and received a warm welcome, as did the service. We had the €29 set menu and it was excellent; the portions were reasonable and the ingredients were high quality. We will be back.

The only good thing here is the location. But having to wait over half an hour for a beer, and then having to pay €12 for a 0.5L beer and €6 for a 0.25L beer, is outrageous, even for Cassis. And on top of that, you have to sit on bar stools that are too low.
Never again!!!!!
06/06/2026: We came for a snack, but the staff insisted we come inside the restaurant.
The staff and owner were haughty and rude to us, completely ignoring us. When we ordered, the person we spoke to didn't even respond, then kissed one of her colleagues on the cheek before coming back to us after five minutes.
While we were waiting for our fries, the manager/owner chatted with her colleagues, making fun of us even though we were right next to them. We heard her say, "We don't care, we only give them fries, and they go in a bag for the bread anyway."
This was a very unprofessional attitude and a clear lack of consideration for customers.
It's unacceptable to be ignored just because we're only going to the snack bar and don't seem important enough to be taken seriously.
I highly recommend going to the snack bar just downstairs on the beach; the staff is great, and the fries are delicious!
