14/10/2024: J'ai eu l'immense plaisir de savourer une entrecôte absolument parfaite lors de mon passage dans cet établissement. La cuisson était tout simplement irréprochable : saisie à l'extérieur avec une belle croûte, tout en restant juteuse et tendre à l'intérieur. Chaque bouchée était un vrai régal, avec une viande de qualité exceptionnelle.
La sauce fromagère qui accompagnait l'entrecôte était également remarquable. Crémeuse, savoureuse, et parfaitement dosée, elle apportait une touche gourmande supplémentaire sans jamais masquer le goût délicat de la viande. Un vrai plus qui complète merveilleusement le plat.
Les frites, servies dans une petite corbeille, étaient croustillantes à l'extérieur et moelleuses à l'intérieur, exactement comme je les aime. L'équilibre parfait entre textures et saveurs faisait de cet accompagnement un complément idéal à l'entrecôte.
Nous avons également eu l'occasion de goûter deux vins lors du repas : un Chablis blanc et un Mouton Cadet en rouge. Tous deux étaient excellents, se mariant à la perfection avec les plats et rehaussant l'expérience culinaire avec leurs arômes fins et bien équilibrés.
Enfin, je tiens à féliciter particulièrement Chloé, notre serveuse, pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse tout au long du repas. Elle a su rendre cette expérience encore plus agréable avec son sourire et son efficacité.
En résumé, une expérience gastronomique de haut vol pour un midi : une cuisine au top, des vins remarquables, et un service impeccable. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésitation et j'ai hâte de revenir !
02/09/2024: Esto es en la esquina cerca del centro de Vires. Llegamos en nuestras bicicletas y no había dónde comer. Así que comimos allí. Teníamos pizzas y vino y era un gran lugar - - comida sólida, buen personal, buen ambiente. Había mucha gente allí, así que claramente era un lugar popular. No es caro. Buenas selecciones de pizza y pasta y otras cosas que no puedo recordar.

Enjoyable to see the pizza maker go around the table after his service. The pizzas are always served with a smile from the manager. 🙂 You can go there with your eyes closed.

14/09/2024: Nice place but the kitchen which can give hope for a good meal is not there.
The gizzard salads lack seasoning (vinegar and others), the rare quality meat is overcooked.
The staff at the reception are friendly and friendly, the setting is good, it is a shame that small errors harm the whole.

The dishes are excellent, good products.
Wide choice on the menu and daily menu.
Very good value for money.
We had a great time.
Great discovery on the way back from vacation.

13/08/2024: Really disappointed, this hotel is not a 3 star hotel. Considering the other comments, we really have the impression of having stayed in another establishment! Staff completely lost and poorly invested. Extremely noisy room, both by the papier-mâché walls which give the impression of living in community with your roommates (thanks for the giggles and the TV until 4 a.m.), and by the neighbors of the building if you are apparently “lucky” (I quote the person at reception) not to be on the street side. Loud music, unwanted yelling, they seem to be charming neighbors and the establishment is obviously used to it since when we reported it and asked to change rooms we were refused and told that they would know and were going to “send him a message.” A broken window in the room which does not close, again when we report it we are told “yes yes we know” (????)
Breakfast is absolutely ridiculous, and if you have the misfortune of arriving at 9 a.m., you have to make do with the crumbs.
The rooms are okay, nothing more, and apart from bottles of water and tea you will not have any attention. The welcome book was dirty and sticky.
Positive points, it is one of the rare hotels we went to which had electric roller shutters and not simple curtains; the free parking right next door is a significant plus too.
In short, if you want peace and quiet and a full night's sleep, go your way, or ask for a room with no one around! And for the price of breakfast, go to a bakery.

26/07/2024: Accueil sympathique et lieu propre et récent.
Nourriture très moyenne.
Salade de chèvre chaud insipide, quasiment pas de vinaigrette, tomates pas mûres, fromage de chèvre sans goût, pain trop grillé et dure comme de la pierre, et enfin des frites congelées.
Franchement, c'est de loin le restaurant qui s'approche le plus de la cafétéria très moyenne.
