30/03/2024: Discovering the Moulin de Châlons, an idyllic timeless setting with the singing of frogs in the evening, the charm of the exposed stone, the spirit of the ancient coupled with modernism. A restaurant that offers seasonal, homemade and refined dishes. What more can I say other than EXCELLENT! An establishment as charming as it is is nothing without its staff. Again, nothing to complain about. Absolutely all the staff are pleasant, attentive, discreet and with a little touch of humor. This is an establishment we will return to and which we will not hesitate to recommend. Thanks to the whole team.
