Food: I would have liked a little more for the goat cheese salad, it’s not good enough ☺️ but nice dressing & good

Reception: ZER0 ignorant server who barely says hello, leaves customers stranded at the entrance.
Service: ZERO! More than 10 minutes to wait for an order to be taken while the terrace was almost empty and the tables next to us, which arrived after us, were served before.... a cocktail for 6 euros and nothing in the glass.... a pancake which after 20 minutes of waiting was never served to us.
Friendliness: ZERO servers really not friendly.
I do not recommend this place.

25/09/2024: Enfin un vrai professionnel, Une table sérieuse dans une si petit village. Quel talent, J'espère que tout c'est bien passé pour Fabien le cuisinier le WE du 7/09. Enfin une table où on ne revise pas les recettes d'Escoffier , où on créait avec talent.

07/09/2024: Excellent ! The waiters are full of humor, the food is very good, excellent value for money, and finally, wide and spaced tables where you are not literally stuck to your neighbor. I recommend.
04/09/2024: Superb welcome despite the rain, we were offered a blanket and very warm service. Good food, plentiful and not very expensive. Perfect !

16/09/2024: We came to this restaurant for the first time and it’s a very good impression! Very nice view. Pleasant welcome. In terms of the meal, it’s flawless from starter to dessert. You can thank your cooks for their work! The prices are correct and the quantities generous.
The waiter was great and we can see that he loves his job. The second waiter, a young man, was very pleasant too.
The only negative point is the space between the tables. We are very (too) close to the table neighbors inside. Fortunately the couple next to us were discreet and we are thin to reach the back seat.
Apart from that, I totally recommend and I will come back without any worries.

The service is up to standard, but the menu is not as elaborate and original as the prices may seem.
Also, I am updating the map with the photo taken during our visit in September 2024
I don't necessarily recommend it, I haven't tested the other addresses in the surrounding port; but I think you can find a little worse but much cheaper.
Also qualifying, we are on the Ile de Ré, the prices are what they are.
12/09/2024: A very nice experience. Delicious dishes and excellent strawberries. Staff available.
Looking forward to returning to this establishment

Nous avons attendu devant , avec nos 2filles.
Les serveurs nous sont passés devant, nous ont regardés, sont repartis....nous ont de nouveau vu... Pas un "bonjour",pas un "on arrive"... Après 3/4 minutes de ce jeux, on a fini par partir...
Si vous avez des enfants, vous n êtes semble t il pas le bienvenu
Bref PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN.

24/09/2024: The terrace of this bar is just incredible, truly anchored in the port of Saint Martin de Ré. On the other hand, we were disappointed by our cocktails which were really average. The service is also average with a decent server but not very smiling or salesman. Basically ideal for the terrace but avoid cocktails.

We went there during our vacation and we will come back on occasion!
30/08/2024: Good evening, we came to eat at your place, the meal was pretty decent but the big problem, the chef's outfit and shoes were very disgusting,😡😡
and 1 of the servers was not friendly at all with 1 group of customers with their children who wanted to sit on the terrace and who left immediately, and the cleanliness of the restaurant in general remains very average

09/07/2024: Un peu déçu. La localisation est sympa mais au niveau des repas c’était moins bien. La quantité de fromage dans les pâtes étaient excessives et la présentation était pas terrible, ce qui gâchait un peu le plat. Nous n’avons pas été convaincu par les pizzas non plus, elles étaient trop épaisses. Malgré un bon potentiel et des serveurs très souriant et agréable nous étions un peu déçu.
06/05/2024: Cela a l'air d'un bon restaurant mais...
Premier problème : ma fille de 8 ans a dû attendre longtemps avant de recevoir sa pizza, la cuisine ayant groupé la commande de deux pizzas en une seule regroupant donc tous les ingrédients des deux ! Bug informatique ?? Bizarre... Merci en tout cas au gentil serveur qui s'en est préoccupé, ce monsieur a une bonne vue de ce qui se passe en salle !
Second problème : nous venions à peine de siroter notre spritz qu'on nous amenait déjà nos plats. Pourquoi si vite ? Le restaurant n'était pas si rempli à ce moment là.
Suite au premier problème, des excuses mais pas de compensation... sachant que nous avons payé 87 EUR pour 2 pizzas (dont une simple margarita !), une salade césar, deux spritz et un cola... Ça fait cher !!! Le lendemain nous mangions pour moins que cela... Voir un autre avis.

11/09/2024: Je ne dirai qu'une chose : ne passez pas a Saint Martin de Ré sans déguster une crêpe a La Sarrazine, elles sont Excellentes.
07/09/2024: Best crepes we have had outside Brittany. Quick service. Nice terrace on the quayside. Relaxed atmosphere. We loved it.

L'accueil et le service sont chaleureux.
Le calme de l'autre côté du port est appréciable. On recommande !
