18/03/2026: So it's very simple… I'm an epicurean and a lover of real, good food, the kind of food prepared with high-quality, local ingredients, and above all, with love! The rest doesn't interest me… supermarkets should be banned from the map… all this to say that here you can eat the best hamburgers in the world!! I mean it: I've lived in Paris, London, New York, and Oslo… and I had to stop in Hamburg one day to try one… and I can assure you that the best burger I've ever eaten was here in Chabanais. The owner is very busy but very welcoming!! The waiter who served us was lovely, even though he was running around everywhere!! Maybe a bit more dim lighting for my sensitive eyes… otherwise, it was perfect… Go there!!! Thank you so much!! I'll do everything I can to come back before I leave this beautiful region. Well, now I won't be able to eat such delicious burgers and fries anywhere else!!!

17/03/2026: What a delightful surprise to find this restaurant by chance on our holiday route to Aubusson, in this rather sleepy little town! Excellent value for money, quick service, and a superb Paris-Brest.
