15/09/2023: Great!! Very warm welcome, very clean. The restaurant is very nice with good dishes. The boss and his wife are very charming, warm and attentive. I recommend without moderation.

08/11/2023: An essential artisanal pastry, we discovered and loved the soft chestnut cake, the bread of the dead. The (artisanal) bread is also excellent. We also enjoyed a copa tomme sandwich, very very well filled.

26/09/2023: Very nice waiter and waitress. We ate Cotê de veau (cutlet) for €25 Good value! Lots of flavor and fresh herbs. Coziest place in the old town. Recommend!

08/10/2023: Restaurant spotted on the way to the beach, on the way back from the swimming stop. Very well received by the girls who run this restaurant with an inn atmosphere, very good cold cuts and grilled meats, we left with a full stomach. Address to keep for our next beach day.

06/04/2024: Order of pasta with pancetta chips arrived without pancetta for 19.50 euros with the excuses "we were not delivered", a menu including a dessert of citron crème brûlée which was never served.... in short, deplorable service with basic cuisine that is not worth the detour. Too bad because the setting is magnificent.

I took a salad from the chef, the salad was rotten, they brought me another one and it wasn't much better, no salad sauce, you have to make it, the fries were ordinary, the service average and that's it. is frankly expensive for what is served. You understand, don’t come to the Emerald.

29/12/2023: Bar in the heart of the Bonifacio bastion with a Corsican soul and vintage decoration. The boss takes great care of his customers and is passionate about the place. If you want to spend a moment of relaxation, sharing and taking the time to live, you are in the right place.

Arriving at 6 we ask if we can sit down then, faced with a vague nod from the boss, we begin to take a chair from the neighboring table. .the demon arrives, looking furious, puts the chair back in place and tells us that he doesn't want to serve us and that we should go look further... Taken aback, I try to ask for an explanation but the guy has already left. sit down without looking at us.
At the bar next door we are told that they regularly have people reporting the same mishap and that Ange is a little disturbed. ..
To run away.....I think one of these days he's going to get a bad blow. .because rude and aggressive..

It looks like college canteen dishes arranged slightly visually, the only positive point is that there are local dishes on offer and the staff is pleasant. But please lower the prices for your next victims!
14/04/2024: Decent service, very good pizzas, great sea bream fillet, fair prices
