Really professional staff.
Fast and quality service just like the products served.
It's a shame that the gravlax salmon wasn't a little more elaborate (I missed something, like a tangy note).
The wine offered is really very good, even by the glass.
I recommend and we will come back.

01/04/2024: Warm and friendly welcome. The restaurant is worth the detour. And Jeannette's advice on choosing wine was much appreciated. We will come back because we only tasted a selection of the menus offered. We had a special time at Jeannette's and are now heading back to Belgium. Sabine
24/03/2024: A solid country hotel in the romantic wine-growing village of Fixin. Very friendly staff and very good restaurant. The rooms in the winding historic building are functional according to the conditions and every effort has been made to furnish them tastefully. Some of the bathrooms are of a slightly older standard but clean. The beds were very good. The price-performance ratio is very positive.
