04/09/2025: Perfect lunch. Traditional French food. Omelettes, salade Perigourdine etc. Very Good fast service. Less touristy than many restaurants in the area.
24/08/2025: A particularly unpleasant welcome.
We ordered four ice cream sundaes, none of which matched our order!!
We pointed this out to the owner (who had served us). She showed no desire to satisfy us. We gave in. We ate our ice creams, certain that we would never set foot in this establishment again!! RUN AWAY!!!!!

02/09/2024: We stayed there the night of August 24-25, 2024 in room 7. When booking we knew that this room was a triple room but at the price of a double. THANKS. Spacious, clean room with good bedding. The hotel is quiet, well located by the river and a stone's throw from the castles (2) of Bourdeilles (a must-visit). Small, pleasant swimming pool too. Possibility of parking also. The welcome is friendly and professional. Very good catering (around 140 euros for 2 with aperitif, main course, dessert and glass of wine). The price of breakfast is perhaps a little high (16 euros). I recommend this hotel for its calm (far from the hustle and bustle of Brantôme), its location and its catering.

17/08/2024: La meilleure planche de charcuterie et de fromages qui m’ait été donné de goûter dans le secteur. Du plus que local, bien de là-bas, aux goûts sublimes. J’ai adoré et cela m’a réconciliée avec bon nombre d’attrape-touristes du secteur.
Merci à ce monsieur, qui a enchanté nos papilles.
P.S.: Nous n'avions plus faim mais la foule s'arrêtait pour déguster des glaces maison qui semblaient succulentes
