12/09/2024: I loved this place and particularly the servers, always available despite the high demand, and excellent mention for this particularly pleasant and dynamic aperitif server. Despite being overworked, he did not hesitate to take my pizza order (without having reserved beforehand). And the pizzas were excellent!!!

02/09/2024: Eleonore and the hotel Edward 1st are an absolute gem of Le Perigord Noir! One of the best, if not the absolute best, dining experiences we've ever had (and, we've dined at some of the best places in the world). In every regard, Eleonore is the most fantastic - superb cuisine, service that I would characterize as perfect, and most welcoming hospitality. The owners, Isabelle and Michel were so kind and they made us feel truly at home. You absolutely MUST go to Restaurant Eleonore in the charming medieval bastide town of Monpazier, it is a highlight that we are still talking about over a year later :) We cannot wait to plan our next trip back!

19/09/2024: Very good meal, impeccable service, the only downside is that as soon as unruly children arrive it ruins you the evening and the meal if you know what I mean. There are parents today who do not know how to teach their children to be less brilliant. The only answer you have (they are children). We also had children but they had an education, we could take them everywhere without being ashamed.

06/09/2024: Delicious cuisine, very good quality meat, everything is refined. Very good value for money.

28/08/2024: Blah blah. The address is no longer as good as it once was. Not very warm welcome. The service is good, but the menu and the menu have gone downhill. It's at the level of a small neighborhood brewery -- for much higher prices! (PS: I loved the 90 cent butter supplement!!!!!! -- that says it all!)

09/08/2024: Belle découverte ! Malgré une arrivée tardive sans réservation nous avons été bien accueillis, dans un joli cadre, calme et reposant. Service rapide et efficace Magnifique présentation des plats et explosion de saveur en bouche de l’entrée jusqu’au dessert, bref nous nous sommes régalés ! Restaurant qui vaut le détour à Monpazier
