18/09/2024: What a fun time! Once is not customary, this is what the cuisine that the Chef offered me today gave me. So much attention paid by all the protagonists of this exceptional moment. From refined appetizers to give the brigade time to orchestrate its score, to flavors enhanced by the talent of the artists who work in the ovens, everything is a wonder for the senses. The visuals have nothing to envy of the flavors delivered by the dishes, each more elaborate than the last. A denominator links the progress of your meal: Generosity with a capital “G”. The attention to detail extends to the concern of offering your guest the "sparkling" which will pair wonderfully with the poached plums and their farandole of ice cream and homemade whipped cream, covered with shards of simply exceptional meringue.
